I've grown up with these wonderful therapies and know what a difference they can make. This holistic practice is here for two reasons; to help you to relax and release anxiety and to help with health issues.
The treatments offered provide an excellent way to help you relax and to release tension, stress and anxiety. In today's frantic world HolisticHealth provides an opportunity to help heal your body. Whether you have muscular tension, insomnia, digestive or hormonal problems to depression or grief; the treatments offered can have an enormous positive impact on your physical health, emotional health and mental health.

Reflexology
A gentle, soothing and natural therapy helping your body regain and maintain its natural balance by stimulating reflex points on the feet or hands, which correspond to each and every part of the body. Reflexology is a very pleasant way to dissolve stress and release tension. Almost anyone can benefit from a soothing and relaxing reflexology treatment.

This relaxing and releasing therapy treats the whole person and can have a wonderful impact on your life. There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can receive a treatment, the only prerequisite is the desire to be healed.
